You might be able to touch down in Terminal 1 and get through Terminal 3 security in less than 35 minutes but you need fleet feet. Most people allow at least 90 minutes to make their way over to Terminal 3 from Terminal 1. If you have to go to Terminal 4, the place Aer Lingus flights disembark, you need to allow two hours between arriving on an international flight and checking into the Terminal 4 lounge.

If you arrive at Terminal 4 from Ireland and have to depart from Terminal 1 on a separate set of tickets, you will definitely need two hours to clear all the requisite checks.
